We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Travel Planner to join our dynamic team!About the RoleWhat You’ll Do:Correspond with agents and prepare exciting travel proposals and quotations.Create tailor-made travel packages that match client preferences and budgets.Manage reservations for hotels, restaurants, and services to ensure seamless experiences.Respond to customer inquiries with a warm and welcoming attitude.Maximize revenue by recommending the best services and tours.Assist with guest complaints and ensure timely resolutions.Collaborate with various departments to ensure everything runs smoothly. ResponsibilitiesA bachelor’s degree or diploma in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.Good command of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Experience in travel sales or as a travel consultant is preferred.Familiarity with travel operating systems is a plus.
