Production Supervisor

We are looking for our team in Sofia, Bulgaria for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for organizing the work, short-term planning, and achieving production goals, as well as onboarding, training, and developing subordinates, with the aim of effective and high-quality execution of the production program. The main tasks will be also related to:

Prepares and monitors the execution of the production schedule;Controls the work and ensures compliance with technological processes in production;Maintains records and prepares analyses based on the key performance indicators set for Production;Monitors compliance with labor and technological discipline in Production;Is responsible for achieving quality objectives in production;Trains and develops the team under their supervision;Manages safety. Manufacturing experience;Excellent knowledge of technological processes, equipment, and modern production management methods;Excellent organizational and communication skills;Skills in prioritization and time management;People management skills;Excellent computer literacy;Very good command of the English language.
