Job OverviewWe are looking for a charismatic and creative Video Content Creator & On-Camera Host to lead our video content initiative. You will be the face and voice of our brand, driving awareness, increasing subscribers, and boosting organic traffic to our fintech loan matching platform. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, excels at storytelling, and can simplify complex financial topics into engaging, high-impact videos. Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Camera Presence & Content LeadershipServe as the primary on-camera host for our video content, embodying our brandâs voice and personality.
Confidently present and explain financial products, industry trends, and platform features in an engaging, relatable manner. Drive the entire video content initiativeâfrom concept to executionâensuring alignment with marketing goals. Host and interview guests (e. g. , industry experts, influencers, customers) for collaborative content and thought leadership pieces. Conduct on-the-street interviews and interactive engagements with the Hong Kong public to gather insights, testimonials, and relatable financial stories. Content Creation & StrategyDevelop, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos (explainers, tutorials, testimonials, thought leadership pieces, and promotional content). Optimize videos for YouTube SEO, audience retention, and social media engagement (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Stay ahead of fintech trends and competitor strategies to keep our content fresh and relevant. Audience Growth & EngagementImplement strategies to grow our YouTube channel, increase subscribers, and boost watch time. Use analytics (YouTube Studio, Google Analytics) to refine content and maximize performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose video content into blogs, infographics, and social snippets. Production & BrandingOwn end-to-end production, including filming (onsite/remote), editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), motion graphics (After Effects), and sound design. Ensure all content reflects our brand identity, tone, and messaging for Hong Kong audiences.
Work with influencers, industry experts, and customers to create collaborative content. Qualifications & Skills3+ years of experience in video production, digital marketing, or content creation (fintech/finance background a plus). Strong on-camera presenceâenergetic, articulate, and comfortable being the face of a brand. Proficiency in video editing software (e. g. , Premiere Pro) and basic motion graphics. Ability to simplify financial concepts for a broad audience with engaging storytelling. Knowledge of YouTube SEO, thumbnail design, and platform algorithms. Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics (CTR, retention, conversions). Proficient in Cantonese and English.
