If you’re someone who thrives on marketing through creative execution, data-backed thinking, and owning performance metrics, you’ll love being our new Full Stack Marketing Associate. You’ll be responsible for executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, from CRM and lifecycle campaigns to digital creative assets. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to develop and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results, while constantly learning from data and testing new ideas.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, quick to act, and ready to take on new challenges. This is not your typical marketing role. If you’re someone who thrives on owning campaigns end-to-end, testing bold ideas, and driving results, we want you. You’ll be given the autonomy to make impactful decisions and see your work translate into real business growth. ResponsibilitiesOwn CRM performance: Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels to drive activation and conversion. Design brand-compliant assets:

Create high-quality social-native creatives, and other digital assets that align with Lendela’s brand guidelinesRun structured experiments: Test messages, timings, and sequences to improve funnel performance — and report on what worked and why. Support SEO and content strategy: Help scale search-led acquisition by optimising content performance and testing content ideas with data. Drive affiliate & KOL performance: Help track, evaluate, and grow scalable partnerships with a focus on lead quality and business impact. Create content that converts: Develop and design full funnel creatives across formats and channels including social-native contentCollaborate across functions:

Work closely with product, design, and leadership to scope and push forward high-impact marketing initiatives. Qualifications & SkillsMarketing experience preferably in CRM, lifecycle, or digital marketing with an understanding of A/B testing and performance metrics. A mix of creativity and analytical thinking: You can create on-brand content that speaks to different funnel stages, knowing how to adjust your creatives to either drive conversions or boost engagement based on the campaign goal. You follow design guidelines with precision, whether it's an ad, email or social post, ensuring every piece is visually consistent and purpose-driven according to funnel stage.

Comfortable with tools like Excel/Sheets, Figma, Canva, Capcut, and Adobe Suite Data-driven decision-maker: You know when to take direction but are also confident in making decisions independently based on what the data tells you, whether it’s pivoting on messaging or creative. Detail-oriented: You ensure that every campaign is tracked and reported with timeliness, it's natural for you to keep a close eye on performance. Curious and eager to learn. You thrive on testing new ideas, learning from what works, and continuously seeking ways to improve the performance of your campaigns. Quick to adapt:
