About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Interim HR Business Partner to join our People team for a 3-6 month engagement. In this role, you will provide HR expertise, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees, with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) and supporting the delivery of our business strategy. This is a high-impact, short-term opportunity ideal for a proactive HR professional with strong ER knowledge, commercial acumen and the ability to quickly build trust and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted partner to employees and managers, aligning people initiatives with business objectivesProvide strong Employee Relations expertise to manage complex cases and ER-related projectsSupporting business strategy, including commission plans and incentive structuresSupport employee lifecycle, including performance management, development and organisational change projectsIdentify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalabilityManage multiple priorities independently while maintaining strong relationships across the businessQualifications5+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven success in Partnering role(s)Significant experience managing complex Employee Relations matters and projectsStrong understanding of employment law and HR best practicesExperience working in fast-paced, change-oriented environmentsHands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably HibobHR professional certification (e.
