Required Skills and Experience: Proficient in SAP, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel (e. g. , Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF statements, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, VBA experience is a plus). Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Databricks, Qlik, Tableau, SAP BW/BEx, etc. is a plus. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with North American Sales Operations and Sales teams on month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, compensation, and scorecard activities.
Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvements that have a positive financial impact. Develop actionable insights based on a deep understanding of sales operations KPIs and drive initiatives for further automation. Create clear, concise, and effective reporting that simplifies decision-making for business partners. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, etc. ) to inform, influence, and align on business objectives. Personal Attributes: Strong work ethic, with a proactive and positive attitude toward responsibilities. Ability to be bold, responsive, and take ownership of the end-to-end process.
