Role OverviewAs a Strategic Finance Analystin our pool program, you’ll work closely with senior leaders in Corporate Finance, IR, and Corporate Development to drive data-informed decisions that align with our company’s growth objectives.

Your work will span capital markets, strategic investments, and investor relations—key levers that fuel our business. Through rotational projects and mentorship, you’ll build expertise in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and stakeholder communication, preparing you to step into a permanent role where you’ll own meaningful initiatives. Key Responsibilities Capital Market InitiativesSupport the evaluation and execution of capital allocation strategies to optimize our balance sheet and fund growth. Daily tasks include: Analyzing capital market trends (e. g.

, debt/equity pricing, IPO landscapes, MA) to inform financing decisionsBuilding and updating financial models to assess funding options, cost of capital, and risk-return profilesCollaborating with Corporate Finance to prepare materials for presentations, or debt/equity issuancesPartnering with IR to refine messaging around capital structure changes and market positioning Strategic Investment InitiativesPlay a critical role in evaluating opportunities to expand our business through MA, partnership, or minority investments. Responsibilities include:

Conducting financial due diligence on potential targets/partners, including valuation analysis (DCF, comparables), scenario modeling, and synergies assessmentSupporting Corporate Development in structuring deals, drafting term sheets, and presenting recommendations to leadershipAnalyzing portfolio performance and divestiture opportunities to reallocate capital toward high-growth areasCreating data-driven investment memos to summarize findings for business leaders and relevant stakeholders Investor Relations InitiativesEnhance transparency and investor confidence by bridging finance and external stakeholders. Daily work involves:

Assisting IR in preparing earnings releases, quarterly reports, and investor presentations, translating complex financial data into clear, compelling narrativesAnalyzing market sentiment and competitor performance to identify key investor questions and risksSupporting earnings calls and investor days by drafting talking points, rehearsing QA scenarios, and tracking follow-up actionsMaintaining databases of investor feedback, analyst reports, and market trends to inform IR strategyQualifications Education: Pursuing or recent graduate (within 1 year) of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA candidates welcome) preferred Technical Skills:
