Join our global team of professionals as PML (Product Lifecycle Management) Business Analyst! You will be reporting to our Senior Manager for IT Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome!What You Will DoDevelop and manage end-to-end product development processes, from design to distribution. Collaborate with global teams to enhance PDM/PLM solutions and architecture. Define business requirements and coordinate project plans with IT and business partners. Analyze and improve PLM processes and system interfaces. Support software development, release, and operations with cross-functional teams. Evaluate user needs and design effective PLM solutions. Maintain PLM software components and provide user support.

Guide teams on PLM processes and contribute to global product marketing efforts. QualificationsCompleted university degree preferably in computer science or engineering. Proven experience in product life-cycle management or related fieldLong-term working experience as an Administrator, Project Manager and/or Product Manager in CAD/CAE and PDM/PLM systems as well as the underlying processes. Profound experiences in CAD/PDM/PLM tool harmonization with regards to PLM IT system architecture, concept design, and the development of related solutions and interfaces.

Proficiency with PLM software systemsGood knowledge in software support and development processes, particularly in the mechanical design area of the Transformer business, with user, operation, and/or customization experiences with the systems mentioned above. Familiarity with product development processes in IT architecture development is ideal. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and the willingness to travel.
