What You'll DoAnalyze existing logistics and fulfillment processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities. Lead end-to-end process reengineering projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Collaborate with AI engineers, data analysts, and operations teams to integrate intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making into redesigned workflows. Develop process maps, SOPs, and documentation to support implementation and training. Evaluate the impact of process changes using KPIs and performance metrics. Support the deployment of digital tools and platforms that enhance operational agility and customer fulfillment. Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization. RequirementsUp to 3 years of experience in process improvement or related fields. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
