We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented ISG Sales Operation Specialist to join our Nordic Market.

Based in Slovakia, this role is essential in driving operational excellence, improving sales processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the region. This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. Proficiency in English is required. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive operational efficiency by managing and optimising sales processes, tools, and reporting systems. Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies. Analyse sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership. Support territory planning, quota setting, and pipeline management activities. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM and reporting platforms.

Lead initiatives to automate and standardise reporting and analytics. Contribute to continuous improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives. Required QualificationsBachelors degree in business administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. 5+ years in sales operations, business analytics, or commercial planning in a multinational setting. Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems (e. g. , Salesforce). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
