Logistics Specialist to join our Mobile Business Groups Global Logistics Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing outbound logistics operations for mobile phone shipments to the Europe/EMEA region, including both B2B and e-Commerce channels. You will focus on ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of finished goods to our business partners and end customers across EMEA. Your Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with logistics providers to manage outbound shipments and last-mile delivery across EMEA. Oversee logistics operations for both B2B (business partners) and e-Commerce channels. Manage exception cases to resolve customer delivery issues. Monitor and manage logistics KPIs.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and delivery performance. Resolve operational issues with logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient delivery flow. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, customer service, and sales. Qualifications5+ years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the EMEA region. Fluent English language skills. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in logistics systems and tools. Experience of using digital tools including AI. Base gross monthly salary starts from 1. 800 EUR.
