Your OpportunityWe are seeking an enthusiastic emerging professional with at least 1-5 years of experience who is self-motivated, possesses excellent technical and design skills and can work independently. As a critical member of our team-based approach, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile designs, grow our practice, and make a meaningful impact to our communities. This is a hybrid role expected to be in the office minimum 24 hours a week. Your Key ResponsibilitiesEngage in the design process developing ideas, creating renderings, building digital / physical models, & preparing design presentations.

Develop design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, & details, evaluate material options, and coordinate with consultant team. Participate in construction site visits and assist with field reports, RFIs & submittal review. Able to work with some supervision while maintaining communication with team membersYour Capabilities And CredentialsStrong technical skills with high proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, visualization and graphics software. Experience with physical model building including Laser cutter & 3D Printer a plus. Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of building codes, construction systems, and the permitting process.

Great team player with excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. experience with Science and Technology projects a plus Education And ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required.
