Job Posting TitleSr Director Care Solutions - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Senior Director Care Solutions is responsible for driving and supporting industry leading member care solutions which remove barriers, reduces friction, and allows members to receive the best quality care at the most appropriate site of service.

This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to progress critical Health Care Services initiatives from conception to implementation to deliver care solutions aimed at improving care and health outcomes while enhancing provider engagement and reducing the total cost of care in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate strategic planning and provide oversight and guidance to major initiatives within Health Care Services organization in coordination with key leaders Support development of a comprehensive strategy for Prime's care solutions programs which consider the journey of the member while considering other activities that impact the healthcare journey Support evaluation of the key components of care solutions programs, assess how Prime can effectively collaborate with key partners and providers to ensure improved outcomes, cost containment, and value-based payment models; identify and develop the key roles and technology needed to provide the determined components effectively and efficiently Create and oversee a cost-benefit analysis process to support project requests; track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of investments Lead/ support process change and integration expansion, including identifying and assessing critical gaps; develop and implement remediation plans to address gaps Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support, and business performance improvement opportunities Collaborate with senior leaders across Health Care Services organization to create strong alignment with internal and external business partners, business segments, and functional areas, ensuring coordination and unified approach Provide recommendations for improvement to ensure the capture of lessons learned and adapting approaches to measure progress of key Health Care Services goals and initiatives Other duties as assigned Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS Diploma or GED is required 10 years of work experience in pharmacy benefit management, managed care, pharmacy operations or healthcare consultin 7 years of leadership/people management experience Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional QualificationsDemonstrated ability in managing complex projects and initiatives Strong strategic-thinking, analytic, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to inspire cross functional teams to meet business objectives with outstanding results Preferred QualificationsMaster's or MBA degree in Business, Health Care Administration or Hospital Administration Experience with Health Plans Physical DemandsAbility to travel up to 10% of the time Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
