Assistant Project ManagerJob DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager will assist with the planning, organization, and management of the day-to-day operations. They will participate in pre/post project design meetings and attend customer/site coordination meetings as applicable. They will provide support to Project Managers when orders have been received to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins. ResponsibilitiesParticipate in pre/post project design meetings and attend customer/site coordination meetings as applicable. Provide support to Project Managers when orders have been received to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins. Develop, maintain, and monitor construction schedules.

Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules which include all required dates, activities, and milestones. Perform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives. Update trackers daily on-site progress utilizing systems in place (database). Breakdown project estimate to baseline earned averages versus the bid. Manage resources and reporting.
