Associate Marketing Director and Associate Marketing Director in developing wide scale, integrated marketing campaigns with consumer, educational, and industry outreach Assist in the planning and strategy of book/author campaigns, including book distribution, maintaining marketing plans and team databases, and launching projects for advertising initiatives Perform administrative responsibilities such as coordinate and schedule meetings, take meeting notes, fulfill sweepstakes and bookseller/librarian requests, generate tracking links and copy for marketing assets, update campaign plans, and other related tasks Support digital marketing efforts by assisting social media managers with content creation, scheduling and other administrative tasks Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials to relevant stakeholders What You'll BringStrong organization and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Passion for books across genres preferred Familiarity with Canva, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite desired but not required Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, hybrid work environment Open to occasional travel for work-related events and meetings This role will have an annual salary of $50,000.
