Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Representative to support the growth and learning development of employees within Presort Services.

This role is responsible for understanding learning strategies, facilitating training programs, and partnering with leaders to identify development needs that align with business objectives. The base salary for this position is $65000 to $75000 with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business unit leaders and HR Partners to identify current and future learning needs based on performance gaps, strategic goals, and workforce trends.

Utilizing L&D resources, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate training initiatives—including onboarding, leadership, skills development, and compliance courses. Support the development of subject matter experts (SMEs) into effective trainers or facilitators. Monitor participation, assess training effectiveness, and gather feedback to continuously improve learning solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional L&D teams to ensure alignment with company-wide learning strategies and systems. Track learning outcomes and provide regular reports and insights to leadership on program impact. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices in learning and talent development.
