Grow and refine your experience in strategic and creative execution as a Creative Producer - Commercial Creative & Social Media within Microsoft’s Marketing Experiences organization. In this role you will translate marketing strategies into powerful creative outputs, helping to design and deliver the digital experiences that support how customers discover, learn about, and buy commercial services from Microsoft.
If you are a creative, resourceful data-driven operator with a desire to bring our brand to life and deliver amazing content experiences – this role is for you! This role will report into our Head of Production & Ops , and will work collaboratively across Creative Strategists and channels (social, web, paid, etc. ) to understand and deliver on cross channel creative needs. Along with refining creative operations workflows, you will also manage complex delivery schedules and serve as the central coordination point for all asset production across the Creative & Social Media team.
You will gain a rich understanding of production, creative timelines and channel partner needs and will work across complex delivery schedules with internal and agency partners. This role offers a great opportunity to look left to right across product marketing stakeholders and the digital channels run by the Marketing Experiences team. Job Location: The primary location for this position is Redmond, WA. Additionally, there are three other locations where this role may be based. Candidates who do not reside in one of these four areas will be relocated to Redmond.

ResponsibilitiesCross-Channel Collaboration: Work across various channels such as web, social, and paid media to understand and deliver on creative needs. Drive ongoing stakeholder channels comms across the channels. Capture and translate feedback from channels into internal and agency partners. Project Management: Oversee the production process, manage complex delivery schedules, and serve as the central coordination point for all asset production, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and alignment across teams with emphasis on social media.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and agency partners to ensure alignment and execution of creative strategies. Content Creation: Drive the production of engaging content that brings the Microsoft brand to life and resonates with the target audience. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize AI, data and insights to inform creative decisions and optimize content performance. Innovation and Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to continuously innovate and improve creative outputs. Understand and track performance of digital assets via the channel teams to understand how to innovate and drive creative enhancements. Build and track creative learnings repository across all campaigns.

is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
