DescriptionVice President, Chief of Staff and Strategic InitiativesTechnology, Data and AnalyticsThe primary responsibility of this VP, Chief of Staff and Strategic Initiatives role is to maximize the effectiveness of the functional areas reporting to the Executive Vice President, Chief Technology, Data & Analytics Officer. This role focuses on the effective management of key initiatives, prioritization and transformation efforts, development and execution of functional strategy, and on the implementation of key enterprise-wide priorities. This role requires a solid understanding of the overall business as well as ELC's strategy and ways of working.

This is a highly visible role and requires strong collaboration skills across various teams across the organization. ?Key ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic and operational priorities for the Chief Technology, Data & Analytics Officer: Work with CTDAO and Leadership Team to set functional priorities aligned to enterprise strategy, connecting the priorities across the company's global matrix of Brands / Regions / Functions / Channels and how these translate to the Tech Organization. Drive the Tech and D&A transformation roadmap in partnership with Leadership and the identified external partners and deploy program management capabilities to lead strategic workstreams.

?? Develop strategic approach and materialsDevelop key materials for CTDAO to include Executive Team updates, Board of Directors Materials, etc. In partnership with Communications and HRBP, ensure key messages are developed and shared with the broader teams in a timely manner via monthly town hall, emails, videos, etc. Serve as process owner of the leadership team meeting cadence, including agenda-setting, preparation, planning, steering towards decisions and driving follow up actions. Help identify and resolve barriers to effective decision making and execution at the leadership team level, ensuring the team functions as a high performing team.

Act as a connector and integrator for the functions and deliver key communications and messaging across the leadership team. Enable Implementation Of Enterprise InitiativesPartner with CTDAO and Leadership Team to drive enterprise-wide initiatives. Work closely with initiative owners to determine optimal implementation plan and deploy across the functional areas. Work closely with the ELC Chief of Staff community to enable seamless delivery of identified priorities. Foster strong collaboration and coordination with other Chiefs of Staff. Drive initiative prioritization and alignment across the matrix. Collectively uncover, prioritize and escalate issues and decisions as needed for CTDAO for resolution.

Lead Functional Strategy And Portfolio/resource PlanningWith CTDAO and Leadership Team, develop functional strategy to deliver business growth and profit goals. Work cross-functionally to ensure Tech Strategy is aligned to and clearly enables ELC corporate strategy, brand, region and function strategies. Work with CTDAO, Leadership Team, finance and HR to optimize resource planning across the organization, as well as streamline and/or develop processes in order to strengthen the teams' ability to support business growth and manage risk in a rapidly changing Global business environment.

Partner with Finance and Tech and D&A Leadership to inform the budget for Tech and D&A and proactively manage the budget on an ongoing basis, in partnership with Finance and Human Resources. Qualifications15+ years of relevant experience in a fast-moving business environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Experience in managing complex transformation and change management is highly preferred Experience in strategy and/or finance highly preferred Experience program/project management with proven record of seamless execution of complex projects/initiatives; experience in Technology is preferred.
