What You'll DoCollaborate with the HR team, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition team to gather necessary information for creating accurate and comprehensive offer letters. Leverage templates and tools to create offer letters, ensuring inclusion of all critical details such as compensation, position details, and other terms and conditions. Engage with candidates to discuss offer details, address their questions, and resolve any concerns regarding the offer letter. Upon acceptance of an offer by a candidate, ensuring that all pre-hire tasks are provided to candidate in a timely manner to ensure that we meet agreed upon start date.
Partnering with vendors (i. e. Background check) to ensure pre-hire tasks are assigned in a timely manner. Track the progress of tasks from offer letter submission to employee start date. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the candidate experience and overall offer/onboarding process. Ability to recognize when to escalate issues that would impact the experience for a new hire. What You'll NeedCollege degree from an accredited university with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a related field. Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or a similar role.
Demonstrated strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and time-management skills, to effectively handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Must possess an advanced verbal and written communication skills in English. High skills to work in a remote schedule. Desired CharacteristicsProficiency with Workday or other HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), case management tools such as ServiceCloud, and document management tools such as Box.
