We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team in Thailand. This role will provide vital support across recruitment, research, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment and sourcing of candidates for various roles. Conduct research to support talent acquisition and HR initiatives. Handle general HR and administrative tasks, including record-keeping and document management. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication between teams. Provide support in organizing company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications To Be Successful In The RoleBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills in English and Thai. Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
