You’ll collaborate with Care Coordination Organizations, manage appointment logistics, and provide essential administrative support. ✨ What You’ll Do: ✔️ Contact Care Coordination Organizations to gather and share important consumer information. ✔️ Schedule and coordinate assessment appointments with accuracy and efficiency. ✔️ Ensure seamless scheduling workflows and assist with last-minute changes. ✔️ Communicate updates to stakeholders, including families and agencies. ✔️ Provide administrative support and maintain detailed records. ✔️ Help individuals access vital services by ensuring smooth scheduling operations!🎯 What We’re Looking For: 🔹 1-3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
