SummaryJob Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to serve as the primary point of contact for Certificate of Insurance (COI) compliance. This role is responsible for ensuring that all COIs meet the established compliance standards and will coordinate closely with out offshore vendor to maintain accuracy and consistency in documentation. Additionally, the specialist provides operational support and assists in account updates, working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and IT teams. This position also plays a key role in training initiatives and process improvement efforts to support ongoing compliance and service excellence.
Essential FunctionsReview Certificates of Insurance to meet compliance criteria. Support internal and external customers within our business processes. Develop and maintain training guides, and internal control documentation. Serve as a key contact for interpreting certificate requirements for our on-shore and off-shore team, account managers, and claims personnel. Report key metrics related to COI and expired certificates as well as other miscellaneous tasks. Participate in process improvement projects within the organization. Additional ResponsibilitiesSupports Ryder in projects to include department, SSC, division and corporate initiativesRecommends improvement to departmental and or SSC procedures and protocolsPerforms other duties as assignedEDUCATIONH. diploma/GEDAssociate's degree in General Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred. Bachelor's degree in General Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred. ExperienceFour (4) years or more experience in Corporate Vehicle Insurance with a High School DiplomaThree (3) years or more experience in Corporate Vehicle Insurance with an Associates degree preferredOne (1) year or more experience in Billing, Receivables, Customer Service, Collections, Payables or other financials support role with a Bachelor's degree preferredSkillsPossesses strong technical aptitude.
