Disney Entertainment Television's creative marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support an SVP, Creative Marketing. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative and other supportive tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, organized, efficient, and performs well in a constantly changing and dynamic environment. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will build collaborative relationships with other executives and assistants throughout Disney Entertainment Television. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate/plan/confirm all calendar matters, including internal and external meetings, establishing in-person and hybrid conference calls, and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones Manage all travel arrangements and trip tracking/oversight including flights, hotels, car service, meetings, etc. Prepare and manage expense reports Coordinate larger meetings:

prepare agendas, secure and plan space, facilitate content development, coordinate AV support, follow up as appropriate Assist in planning team events in coordination with all internal teams and stakeholders Support the SVP Creative in meetings by taking notes, tracking action items, traveling to different offices and distributing key takeaways to team members Serve as a liaison between various departments across Disney Entertainment Television.

Building relationships with key players will be integral to your success Collaborate closely with Manager, Creative Project Management to prioritize key projects, events, and deadlines on a day-to-day basis Assist with creative projects including newsletters, decks and presentations Understand and intuitively anticipate needs and demands for executive and direct reports Discreetly handle confidential and sensitive information Basic Qualifications1+ years of previous administrative experience in entertainment A desire to learn and build a career in television, particularly creative marketing Knowledge and passion for film, television, and storytelling Knowledge of current trends in entertainment.

Keeping a pulse on culture and social media trends is a bonus Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple simultaneous projects under deadline pressure Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - collaboration skills are essential Capacity to engage professionally with associates and managers at every level Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs/Spreadsheets Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools, platforms, and systems Ability to problem solve and be relentlessly curious Preferred QualificationsProficiency with Adobe Premiere is preferredPreferred EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceThe hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $58,700 to $78,600 per year based on a 40 hour work week.

The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
