Job SummaryOperational excellence starts here! As the Director of Operations, you will lead all facets of venue operations, ensuring that every department performs seamlessly.

You'll champion service standards, manage logistics, and drive continuous improvement to deliver the ultimate fan and guest experience.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred 5+ years of senior operations leadership in a hospitality or sports/entertainment venue Strong proficiency in budgeting, vendor relations, and event logistics Valid ServSafe and Alcohol Safety certifications preferred Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all venue operations including concessions, premium, and back-of-house functions Lead and develop department managers and support team performance Coordinate with culinary, purchasing, and finance teams to align business priorities Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements Manage labor and cost control strategies across departments We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history (including relevant driving history), in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
