Role SummaryDrive HR strategy and execution for Packaging and Food Technologies globally Build and develop leadership team Stabilize and transform organization & culture Talent attraction, development and retention Strategic organization design and workforce planning Leadership coach, counsel and partner Employee and works council relations Coordination and execution of HR programs and policies RESPONSIBILITIES | OUTCOMES: Lead future organizational design and change management initiatives that position the organization for growth, improve operational effectiveness and maintain a high-performing, diverse, motivated, and engaged workforce. Ensure a proactive approach to progressive HR programs, processes and policies and implement relevant and sustainable changes when required.
Develop, implement, and pro-actively maintain a recruitment strategy that will support rapid organizational growth. Oversee recruitment activities, resource and capacity planning to ensure qualified employees are recruited, hired and on boarded appropriately. Responsible for employee development and wellness through ongoing education programs Support and drive proactive change and organizational efficiencies through the use of the ATS Business Model (ABM) Support organizational value drivers by achieving industry leading key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to turnover and internal fill rates. Ensure company compliance with all applicable employment legislation.

A degree in human resources, business or other related field MBA or another graduate degree is preferred ExperienceRequires a minimum of 8-10+ years’ experience in a senior HR management position leading people operations teams in a fast paced high-growth organization. Strong business acumen and expert communicator A proven track record of building and maintaining a high-performance organization and engaged culture. Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and multi-task many priorities in a fast paced, project-oriented business. Ability to solve problems, deal with gray space and ambiguity at times and demonstrate intuitive judgment.
Demonstrated previous experience developing strong relationships across all levels of the organization with the ability to influence.
