How You Create ImpactPlan hiring programs such as email blasts, onsite events, and virtual job fairs Manage requisitions and candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and automated high-volume hiring event platform Develop partnerships with community resources and local colleges to build brand recognition Use resources and develop sourcing strategies to quickly fill positions with quality candidates Create recruiting kits, plan and set up hiring events, make offers of employment, and ensure candidates are swiftly moved through the pre-hire process Use social media and recruiting tools to market open positions and build a talent pipeline Conduct initial application reviews and phone screen candidates to assess qualifications Cultivate trusted working relationships with hiring managers and Human Resources What We Would Like You To Bring3+ years of experience as a high-volume, full-cycle Recruiter 3+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting-related systems 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment Experience with sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn What's In It For YouThere has never been a better time to work in logistics.
