This position requires close coordination with engineering, procurement and manufacturing to assist in the management of a timely and cost effective project completion. Essential FunctionsAssist in the planning, organization, control, integration, execution and completion of multiple projects. This is to include, but not be limited to:
Preparation, review, and timely completion of all project submittals Preparation, monitoring, and control of all project schedules and milestones Review of appropriate manufacturing instructions and documentation Review and approval of purchased materials Preparation of Preliminary and Final O&M manual Completion of final shop tests and acceptance Work with Logistics on proper timely shipping of projects to site Support Sr.
Managers and Engineers to ensure timely completion of projects and consistent implementation of design modifications Review design changes, specifications, and all documentation releases Consistently monitor project expenditures to remain within established budgets Provide in a timely manner interim and completion project reports Assist in negotiating PO Terms and Conditions with supervisor RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS0-2 years of project management experience directing multiple projects Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical or civil engineering Work well under pressure with passion for excellence and customer-focused at all times Highly computer literate – Excel and Word a must.
