My client, a reputable Engineering Firm, is currently hiring for a Fully Remote Contract Administrator role with competitive pay!Job DescriptionReview, analyze, and interpret a variety of contracts including NDAs, MSAs, subconsultant agreements, and client service agreements. Identify and assess potential risks, liabilities, and obligations within contract language. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and executive leadership to negotiate terms and resolve contract issues. Maintain accurate records of contract versions, approvals, and correspondence. Provide guidance on contract modifications, renewals, and terminations.

Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates and review processes.
