ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a dynamic HR Professional to provide Tier 1 HR Generalist support for our global Fortune 500 RPO client, a leader in the financial software sector. This long-term, no-end-date contract role will focus on supporting the Global Procurement Logistics side of the business, delivering exceptional employee experience to staff and suppliers across North America . This position is 100% remote and based from your home office. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and resolution on a wide range of HR issues, including supplier inquiries, expense reports, travel expenses, and accounts payable questions.
Deliver high-quality, personalized care experiences to all organizational levels via multiple channels (chat, phone, and case management). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the workforce experience. Partner with Centers of Excellence to drive program and process improvements based on employee feedback. Coach end users in the use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications. QualificationsMinimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience. Experience delivering end-to-end HR services with a focus on the employee experience. Strong written communication skillsStrong coaching skills for both employees and people leaders. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with experience in virtual, global environments.
High attention to detail, strong technology skills, and comfort handling high contact volumes.
