ResponsibilitiesJob Description: Primary role is to provide support to show Producers. Assist in copying and distributing scripts and rundowns. Answering phones and taking messages.
Conduct online research relevant to sketches and material being written for the show. Keeping up with changes as scripts are rewritten throughout the week. Work across multiple productions simultaneously. Oversee the business and personal calendar. Arrange all travel bookings and accommodations. Collect and submit expense reports. Placing and picking up food orders. Gift-sending, errands, office organization, supply inventory & more. A high degree of confidentiality and discretion are expected in regards to all matters and documents. Other responsibilities as assigned. Basic RequirementsPrior executive assistant experience in TV or features (preferably at a studio or network) supporting senior executives.

00 The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours.
