Position OverviewThe Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be fully accountable for driving revenue growth for the Company.

Reporting to the CEO, the CCO will shape BGB Group’s commercial vision, lead strategic initiatives that enhance market presence, strengthen existing client relationships, forge new client relationship, and ensure the successful launch and growth of new services and offerings. The CCO will bring deep expertise in pharmaceutical commercialization to align cross-functional efforts with the company’s growth objectives and evolving industry landscape. Objectives of the RoleDrive revenue growth by:

Anticipating market trends Shaping the brand and reputation in the market Expanding existing customer relationship Securing new customer relationships Driving cross selling between practice lines Establishing strategic collaborations Building and leading a high-performance organization, including the Account Management, New Business Development, and Marketing teams Collaborating with and influencing the organization’s leadership ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define and communicate the commercial vision, ensuring alignment with BGB’s overall strategic plan. Serve as a thought leader in healthcare communications and commercialization. Business Development:

Spearhead initiatives to win new clients and expand existing relationships, with a focus on developing long-term partnerships in key therapeutic areas. Healthcare Commercialization Expertise: Lead efforts to develop and launch innovative service offerings, including support for market access, medical education, payer engagement, and promotional campaigns. Team Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a results-driven commercial team, providing tools and guidance to foster continuous professional growth. Client-Centric Growth: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and opportunities to provide tailored, value-driven solutions. Revenue and Profitability:

Develop and implement pricing models, revenue forecasts, and profitability metrics to optimize business performance. Market Intelligence: Conduct deep dives into therapeutic areas, emerging markets, and new technologies to anticipate client needs and position BGB as an industry leader. Integrated Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and medical experts, to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives. Go-to-Market Planning: Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new service offerings, ensuring clear differentiation and competitive positioning. Commercial Operations: Establish scalable processes and tools to support consistent and measurable performance across all commercial functions.

What You BringIndustry Expertise: 20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization services. Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to design and execute growth strategies that align with complex market dynamics and client objectives. Relationship Building: A strong network of industry connections and a demonstrated ability to cultivate long-lasting partnerships with clients and stakeholders. Innovative Thinking: Experience in launching new service offerings and entering new markets, with a track record of driving differentiation and value creation. Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for fostering a collaborative, high-performing work culture. Analytical Skills:

Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience in setting and achieving revenue and profitability goals. Communication: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability: A results-oriented mindset with the flexibility to navigate an evolving healthcare and communications landscape. Salary range : $350,000 - $400,000 plus incentivesThe salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates.
