Amalgamated Bank seeks a Graphic Designer to assist the Marketing Department in the development and execution of collateral and design elements across various print, digital, and social media channels. Essential Job FunctionsDesign innovative and captivating marketing collateral, including but not limited to:
internal graphics, social media graphics, website Manage prduction and post-production of internal and external videos. Assist in the creation or updating of templates, graphics and videos as needed across various platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team in building our brand and maintaining brand standards. Do photography research and retouching, regularly update our image and icons library. Perform other duties as directed. Knowledge, Skill And Experience RequirementsStrong sense of design, visual communication, and typography while also being able to take art direction from agency partners and the creative director.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working well in both a team environment and independently. Understanding of creating content that will be used for both print and digital use, including familiarity with PC and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, with emphasis on AfterEffects, Final Cut Pro, Express, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. 1-2 years of design experience BFA in Graphic Design or similar discipline Must be able to prepare final press-ready files for print Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this role is between $58,000. 00 – $64,000. 00.
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferrable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
