The Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) at LiveRamp leads the global recruiting function, developing and executing strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent in support of the company's business objectives and cultural values.

This leader drives process innovation, operational efficiency, and best-in-class candidate experience to establish LiveRamp as an employer of choice. You WillDevelop and drive the global talent acquisition strategy aligned to business needs, growth targets, and company values, ensuring scalability across multiple markets and functions. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse international team of recruiters, coordinators, and TA managers, fostering a culture of empowerment, high-performance, and accountability. Partner closely with senior business leaders and People & Culture (P&C) stakeholders to understand evolving talent requirements, contribute to workforce planning, and ensure TA alignment with LiveRamp's strategic priorities.

Oversee the design and implementation of inclusive, data-driven recruiting processes and programs that mitigate bias, ensure fair candidate evaluation, and promote diversity and belonging. Drive operational excellence in recruitment metrics, reporting, and performance management; utilize recruiting analytics to inform decision-making, resource allocation, and process improvement. Champion an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring timely, transparent, and values-driven communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Act as a talent ambassador and thought leader internally and externally, representing LiveRamp at industry events, building strategic talent partnerships, and promoting the company's employer brand.

Innovate and modernize TA practices, including leveraging new technologies (ATS, assessments, recruitment marketing), piloting new tools, and continuously reviewing the effectiveness of sourcing channels and recruitment programs. Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and internal policies for global hiring practices. Foster operational efficiency and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional partners to integrate Talent Acquisition with onboarding, talent development, and overall People strategy. About YouExtensive leadership experience (15+ years) in Talent Acquisition, ideally within technology, SaaS, or data-driven industries. Demonstrated success in designing and scaling recruiting strategies for global organizations with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and diversity hiring.

Proven ability to influence, partner, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. Deep experience with recruitment technologies (ATS, sourcing tools), recruitment analytics, and process transformation. Preferred SkillsEvidence of building and leading high-performing, diverse teams in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data to influence and drive decision-making. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (HR, Business, or related field) preferred. The approximate annual base compensation range is $222,000 to $261,000.

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
