Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting. Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis. Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables,transaction comparables and LBO analysis. Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.

Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies. Work Experience3+ year of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1+ years with a MBA in Energy Investment Banking. Skills And AbilitiesDemonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in Energy. Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player and self-starter.
