Full TimeJob DescriptionAssist in planning, coordinating and executing projects Prepare project schedules, timelines, resource allocation plans Collaborate with project team members, stakeholders and clients for effective communication Ensure timely & accurate project status reporting Manage project documentation, records and archives Maintain project budgets, track expenses and perform cost analysis Identify, report and assist in resolving project risks andissues Assist in developing and implanting project quality plans and standards Conduct quality assurance activities such as monitoring/reporting Provide support and guidance to project team members as needed Perform other project related duties as assigned Required Experience1-2 years of experience in a project manager or related role (project assistant/coordinator/ administrator) Proven track record of supporting project teams in achieving project goals Proven track record of implementing E2E scratch NetSuite implementations or NS Rescue projects Strong experience in PM tools and techniques Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong experience collaborating with cross functional teams including project managers, consultants and other stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Power Point Familiarity with PM software like Trello, TeamWork, MS Project, ProjEx is a plus Powered by JazzHRIf you have questions about this posting, please contact support@lensa.
