About The RoleThe Global Head of Creative Strategy will be a key member of Audible’s Creative leadership team, responsible for developing and driving the global strategic vision that connects brand, content, audience, and market intelligence.

This individual will serve as the strategic partner to the Global Head of Creative, working cross-functionally with regional creative, content, marketing, product, and business leaders to shape creative strategies that support Audible’s mission and business goals across markets. Define and lead the overarching creative and brand strategy, ensuring consistency and cultural resonance across regions while aligning with business objectives Partner with creative, marketing, and content leads to identify new opportunities, white spaces, and narrative territories based on data, insights, and cultural trends Lead the synthesis of audience research, analytics, and cultural trends into actionable insights that inform campaigns, original content development, and brand storytelling Oversee the strategic development of global brand and content campaigns, from positioning to go-to-market strategies and measurement frameworks Guide the development of compelling narratives that elevate Audible’s brand positioning and help differentiate it in a competitive global audio marketplace Act as a strategic integrator across creative, content, marketing, research, and regional teams to ensure strategy informs and elevates execution About AudibleAudible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.

Basic Qualifications10+ years of experience in brand, content, or communications strategy in a global, creative-led organization or agency Experience leading complex strategic initiatives that have successfully driven business growth and brand elevation Experience in understanding audience development, storytelling, and consumer behavior in entertainment, media, or technology Experience integrating data, insights, and creativity into compelling strategies Preferred QualificationsExceptional communication and influencing skills across creative, analytical, and executive stakeholders Strong global and cross-cultural fluency; experience operating across multiple regions or markets Passion for storytelling, audio, and the evolving media landscape Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.

The base pay for this position ranges from $151,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $249,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
