The Admission Specialist I is responsible for enrolling students into various degree programs at UAGC. Student inquiries are received via email, live chat, text, and phone. Serving as the students advocate, they assist students through the enrollment process acting as a liaison between other university departments to ensure successful on-boarding of students into their academic experience. The role requires adherence to UAGC's core values, while working in a high energy, fast paced environment, demonstrating care in every interaction, utilizing the established process to maximize opportunity from inquiry to enrollment.

( Fully Remote)We are seeking individuals to start on September 15th, 2025. Training Schedule7 Weeks, Monday – Friday 7 a. m. – 4 p. m. PT Schedule After TrainingMonday – FridayMonday – Thursday, 8: 00 am – 9: 00 pm PT (Hours of operation; shift will fall within these hours) Friday, 8: 00 am – 5: 00 pm PT Saturday 7: 00 am – 4:

00 pm PT Minimum 1 late shift per week as determined by rotation and business needs Saturday schedules are based on tenure, rotation, and business needs The final schedule is subject to change after training Duties & ResponsibilitiesInitiate dialogue with inquiring students. Evaluate student needs, interests, and goals, provide clear and accurate information to help students make informed decisions about their program or course, and discuss fit and ability for the student to be successful. Presents information regarding the school, program offerings, accreditation, cost, technology, and benefits specific to the prospective student in an accurate and ethical manner.

Consistently achieves the expected goals and objectives for the role, including daily student outreach, adherence to schedule, student availability, compliance, program knowledge, and ability to navigate tools provided by the university to support a best-in-class student experience. Professionally assists students through the enrollment process in accordance with UAGC policies and procedures, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and accrediting standards.

Promote academic offerings to inquiring students based on student need, acts swiftly to respond based on established department expectations, conducting a needs-based assessment, supporting the progression of the student application through Day 21 of the first course to ensure student persistence and success. Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesComputer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; other systems knowledge required. Writing and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate high-level attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of student documents.
