This role will focus on evaluating supply gaps, identifying and analyzing supply chain trends, and leveraging AI tools to derive actionable insights. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is comfortable pivoting between core analytical responsibilities and supporting ad-hoc improvement projects. This role is instrumental in supporting strategic planning and driving continuous improvement across the global supply chain.
Supply Chain Analytics & PlanningIdentify and evaluate supply gaps across regional and global networks. Conduct root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for remediation. Monitor, interpret, and report on supply and demand trends to support the monthly SIOP cycle. Track KPIs and service level performance to identify bottlenecks and variability. AI-Driven Insight GenerationUtilize AI and machine learning platforms (e. g. , Copilot, Python, ChatGPT, etc. ) to automate reporting, forecast variances, and enhance data storytelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI-assisted tools into existing supply chain workflows.
Project Execution & Process ImprovementParticipate in small-scale, cross-functional projects to streamline planning, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives including system enhancements, process standardization, and cost-saving measures. Work closely with the SIOP team on scenario planning and risk assessments. QualificationsAdditional duties and responsibilities as neededRequiredBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, data analysis, operations or the combination of education and experience. Preferred QualificationsPreferred : Experience in a SIOP or integrated business planning (IBP) environment. Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical programming languages.
Exposure to manufacturing, medical devices, or regulated supply chains. Skills And CompetenciesProficient with Excel, Microsoft Power Apps,ERP systems (e. g. , SAP, Oracle), and data visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau).
