GSA Real Estate Specialist   Job Description SummaryD&G is seeking a highly motivated and talented Real Estate Specialist with leasing, real property, and/or facilities related experience. This position is part of a dynamic, multifunctional team supporting the Department of Justice (DOJ) Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Property, Acquisitions and Safety Division (PASD). The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the ATF or other Federal Agencies in the above mission areas and the ability to manage key programs and reporting to DOJ leadership. Roles & Responsibilities:   Acquiring real property assets through the General Services Administration (GSA), U.

S. Department of State and/or U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. Developing requirements for real property acquisitions, project charters to initiate leasing actions and projects. Working with real property terminology such as market rent variances, building types, feasibility studies, etc. Analyzing documents and other forms of realty correspondence (i. e. lease documents, design intent drawings (DIDs), construction drawings (CDs), furniture layouts and floor plans) Working knowledge of Sunflower for data input and analysis. Requirements:   Bachelor's degree (Associates Degree with additional 3 years’ experience is acceptable) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in realty management. Experience working with GSA Leasing.

Realty project management experience with at least one year with Federal government leasing/construction projects.  Eligibility Requirements:   Ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation. * This role is restricted to U. S. person(s) (ie. , U. S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U. S. C. 1324b(a)(3))   Desired Skills:   Well organized. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent Analytical Skills. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Location:    Remote with 10% travel. Who We Are:
