This Medical Science Liaison (MSL) position will work within a diverse team of field-based MSLs and serve as a scientific and clinical expert between Labcorp Women’s Health and Genetics and key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), major medical associations and academic centers through the dissemination, clarification and education of pertinent scientific and clinical information. T his position will be supporting our Women's Health and Genetics division. Work from your own home office when not traveling to meet with clinicians. This position will cover the Atlantic and North Central regions. Candidate will be required to be located in KY, MD, MI, OH, NC, SC , VA, or WV or be willing to relocate. Travel is primarily regional throughout the Atlantic and North Central regions but travel nationally and internationally is also in scope for coverage of team members and educational conferences, and would be up to 50% overnight.

The Medical Science Liaison establishes long-term science-based relationships with KOLs that help to ensure access to current, accurate and relevant scientific information through the process of education via one-on-one interactions, small group discussion, and presentations. The MSL also interacts with payers, local HCPs and consultants, investigators and collaborators as well as various groups within the company, including, Sales, Marketing, Research/Development, and Clinical. The MSL also serves as an expert resource on Labcorp Women’s Health and Genetics products and associated disease states.

ResponsibilitiesWork within a diverse team of field based MSLs to provide educational support to providers, payers, and advocates on products and prenatal testing offered through Labcorp's Women’s Health and Genetics Thought Leader Development: Serves as a liaison between Labcorp Women’s Health and Genetics and high level KOLs, to develop and build strategic relationships. Work with contacts outside of the company including health care providers, investigators and collaborators, influential clinicians, KOLs, and advisory boards, as appropriate.

Serve as an expert resource on Labcorp Women's Health and Genetics products and associated disease states and provide educational support for the field sales group and other internal partners. Work with payer and insurer Medical Directors as well as professional organization guideline committee members to assure that products are appropriately described for usage and coverage. Participate in abstract development and support publication efforts. In collaboration with marketing, develop multi-channel medical educational activities and tools including speaker programs, slide decks, CME events, etc. Attend scientific conferences and complete meeting summaries for senior leadership and marketing purposes.

Participate in product development conversations and messaging. RequirementsMaster’s Degree in Genetic Counseling/Human Genetics required ABGC/ABMG certification required Minimum 2 years of clinical genetic counseling experience required, post completion of Masters program Experience in Women’s Health, Obstetrics, and Prenatal Diagnosis required Familiarity with key aspects of antenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis; working knowledge of molecular diagnostic technologies Ability to travel (up to 50%), work from home office (up to 50%). Overnight travel averages 2-3 nights/week. Application Window: 7/23/25Salary Range: $120.

000 - $155,000 per yearAll job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers. Compensation may also include discretionary short- and long-term incentive packages.
