What You Can ExpectAs a Zimmer Biomet full life-cycle Senior Talent Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to join out team. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role will focus on hiring predominately in the DACH region.
How You'll Create ImpactUtilize data and up-to-date market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values. Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Zimmer Biomet and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate. Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
Support Zimmer Biomet’s diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience. Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects. What Makes You Stand OutStrong sourcing techniques Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
Influencing and negotiation skills Your Background6+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes. Experience hiring senior individual contributor roles through Director level Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
