00 USD per YearJob Number: JO-2507-2680Primary FunctionThe Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, developing and delivering innovative designs/solutions for a wide range of projects including print, web, multimedia and digital publishing.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork closely with clients and creative leads to develop unique concepts and designs to support the institution's key messages Supports the overall efforts of the creative solutions team; collaboratively executes innovative creative projects Make creative decisions based on written scripts or input from client, and ensure quality-control and consistency on final projects Handle multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring high quality of work - with a strong attention to detail Prepare design presentations and offer storyboarding to help illustrate complex themes or plans Prepare formatted final layouts for print or digital output Support all members of the design team in the completion of creative work Proactively participate in any other initiatives (i.

e. documenting processes, creating training manuals, client consultations) Maintain accurate project time recording Skills & QualificationsExpertise in designing print and web products Excellent typography and layout skills, and the ability to execute sketches or designs developed by creative leads Strong creative, organizational and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills (face-to-face and written) Excellent time management skills Must be self-motivated, demonstrating initiative and focused determination Creative and detail-oriented Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite design software - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat.
