We’re hiring two separate roles to join a growing infrastructure support team for a global company.🔧 Key Responsibilities (both roles)Provide day-to-day Level 2 support and maintenance (Windows or Linux)Apply patches, perform updates, and ensure system backupsTroubleshoot virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix AHV)Work in hybrid environments (on-prem & AWS)Document system configurations and resolutionsCommunicate effectively with international teams in English🎯 Ideal Profile – Windows Role2–4 years supporting Windows Server environments (2012–2022)Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOFamiliarity with PowerShell scriptingExposure to cloud (AWS/Azure) and automation tools🎯 Ideal Profile – Linux Role2–4 years supporting Linux servers (RedHat/SUSE)Experience with SSH, NFS, DNS, DHCP, shell scripting (Bash)Familiarity with Ansible, Puppet or other automation/config toolsExposure to cloud (AWS/Azure) and containerization⚙️ For both roles:Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindsetFluent English for technical conversations and documentation💼 BenefitsCompetitive salary (100% IMSS-based)Legal benefits + life insurance + funeral coverageLong-term career path with a global company📩 Interested?
