2–3 years’ experience in graduate recruitment or early careers recruitmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in a professional services environment is desirableAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced settingProactive, collaborative, and confident using your initiativeKey Duties and Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate careers fair attendance and act as a brand ambassador at events (some travel outside Dublin may be required)Support interview logistics, application shortlisting, and issuing of contractsManage onboarding processes for interns, placement students, and traineesProgramme Support:

Assist in planning and executing structured intern and trainee development programmesSchedule events, talks and social activitiesRegularly check in with interns and trainees to support their experienceTrainee Development & Newly Qualified Support: Assist in the administration of Law Society paperworkSupport the Manager of the Trainee Development Programme in day-to-day mattersAssist with the Newly Qualified (NQ) process and associated HR documentationMarketing & Communications:
