Your challengeActively assume the Product Owner role in the agile context (SAFe) of the Payment and Securities Backoffice team Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Avaloq Platform in the area of Payment and Backoffice, aligned with company goals and in collaboration with Product Management Requirements Management:

Capture, analyze, and prioritize requirements Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to achieve the best possible value PI & Sprint Plannings: Prepare for and participate in agile planning events Stakeholder Management: Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate them into product development Quality Assurance: Ensure delivery quality through Shift-Left, DevOps, and in collaboration with the QA team Release Management: Plan and coordinate product releases Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure high customer satisfaction through continuous feedback and adaptation of the product to user needs Your profileGood knowledge and experience in the areas of Payment, Settlement, Corporate Actions, Reconciliation, ATM, and Card Transactions Experience with the Avaloq Banking Suite and its application in the area of Payment and Backoffice Certification as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Scrum Alliance Product Owner (CSPO) or comparable certifications are advantageous At least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in the IT industry or financial sector Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English Ability to set priorities and enforce them with all stakeholders Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and effectively communicate with various stakeholders Strong customer orientation and the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements We Offer:
