As a Senior Business Analyst in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), you will have a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our CLM processes using a Business Process Management System.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across various regions to analyze, design and implement innovative solutions that leverage modern technologies and AI to optimize the client lifecycle. In this responsible position, you will be responsible for the following tasks: As an interface you facilitate communication between the stakeholders and the development team. Gather, analyze, and document requirements on a global scale. Ensure that requirements are clearly understood and aligned with business goals across different regions. Analyze and evaluate efficient processes that are scalable, robust, and aligned with industry best practices.
Assist the Scrum Master in scheduling and coordinating the necessary resources, especially when working with internal and external IT service providers. Accompany the implementation of the development teams and support the creation of test cases. Your profileYour profile: Several years of professional experience as a business analyst in the banking/finance sector Experience in requirements engineering, process consulting and solution design Proven ability to quickly and holistically understand complex contexts, facilitating informed decision-making and comprehensive solution development. Strong understanding of lean process management principles and tools.
Systematic, structured and independent way of working Experience in private banking client lifecycle management is beneficial Avaloq knowledge is desirable Willingness to work in an agile environment and experience with agile tools (e. g.
