Your challengeTo strengthen our existing team, we are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on acquiring external asset managers (EAMs) in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You will be supported by an experienced, dedicated, and competent team as well as by internal specialists.

Your responsibilities: You are responsible for building your own client book with EAMs in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, including corresponding travel activities. You will continuously develop an existing EAM client book and support the team in desk-based customer service. To achieve your business goals, you actively support the EAMs with tailored advice and innovative solutions.
You maintain active communication with internal specialists to find optimal solutions for your clients. You ensure compliance with all compliance and risk regulations, provisions, and guidelines, thereby contributing to an effective risk culture. Your profileYou already have experience in a similar position and an existing network in the German-speaking Swiss EAM sector. You are a dynamic personality who takes responsibility and works reliably in a team. You have excellent communication skills and present yourself in a cultured and professional manner. Further education in the financial sector and a CWMA certificate are advantageous.
