To retain and grow existing business within Korea (both End-Users, and Distributors), and to identify and convert new business opportunities, specifically targeting chains within the QSR, Food-service and Retail segments, and explore new distributor partnerships. ResponsibilitiesTo maintain and enhance relationships with existing customer base, seeking to optimize share of spend and product range with these customersTo identify, qualify and sell to relevant customers/prospects in each of targeted market segments (QSR/food-service, Retail and Distributors); consistent with Company guidelines. To create and achieve Sales and Gross Margin Budgets for relevant Sales Area(s), being accountable for these budgets.
To work with Marketing Activation team to help generate appropriate engagement with market, and to generate additional leads and prospects. To maintain an awareness of movements and developments within all relevant segments (and competitors) associated with Company’s products. This may entail taking part in various industry bodies / organizations and attending various industry trade shows and workshops.
Ensure all transactions and dealings are made in accordance with all Company policies and procedures including Customer Stock Holding, Trading Terms and Pricing GuidelinesTo liaise with the Group Supply Chain team to ensure all product/customer forecasts are updated in an accurate and timely fashion to ensure we maintain an appropriate stock level (against budget) and service level to customers. Qualifications8+ Years Selling Experience to major chains within the Food Service, QSR market, etc.
;Proven track record of New Business Development;Strong English and Korean language capability in both oral and written;Experience working in multi-national companies;Packaging industry experience is a plus;Solutions / Technical selling background will be prefered.
