职位描述1. 深刻理解业务及组织，把握招聘需求，为公司持续引进行业优秀人才，协助公司战略落地； 2. 负责白领岗位的寻访、面试、offer、入职等招聘模块全流程管理； 3. 高效使用各类招聘渠道，包括招聘网站、猎头、内推等； 4. 负责招聘相关项目，如校园招聘、高端人才mapping、面试官运营等； 5. 分析招聘数据及漏斗，提升招聘有效性。职位要求1. 统招本科及以上学历 ，7年以上招聘领域经验； 2. 对业务有较深的了解和洞察； 3. 良好的项目执行能力和推进能力； 4. 优秀的沟通能力和解决问题能力，较高的人际敏感度和影响力； 5. 热爱招聘，自我驱动力强； 6. 加分项：英语听说读写能力强；对数据敏感，擅长数据分析。
