Country Manager – KSALocation: Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaOverview: Following an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to oversee the strategic growth, maintenance and delivery of contracts with the major Oil & Gas operators in the region. The business is a multi-$Billion organization going through significant growth and investment having secured a major, long-term contract with Saudi Aramco. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the ESP installation and service operations in Saudi Arabia. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing service provider contracts, ensuring consistent service delivery.
Develop and execute strategies for expanding business opportunities and services across the region. Take full P&L responsibility, with revenue management in the range of 200-300 million SAR per year. Provide leadership and direction to teams, ensuring alignment with business goals. Work closely with Saudi Aramco and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations and project specifications. Requirements:
Arabic speakerExperience with Saudi AramcoExperience in ESP systems is preferred, or from an OFS (Oilfield Services) background, with a focus on product salesStrong technical knowledge in the oil and gas sector, particularly with rotating equipment, ESP systems, and maintenance practices. Proven experience in managing P&L with similar revenue responsibilityExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
